CJMI Suzuki Violin Lessons - Where Kids Have a Blast
WEEKLY 1-ON-1 KIDS VIOLIN LESSONS
All students have 38 violin lessons per school year calendar year. Violin lessons are 30, 45, or 60 minutes in length. Parent support is required for early practice development to ensure quality practice and guarantee student success.
PHILOSOPHY
Suzuki and Gordon have two things in common as the foundation of all music education - music is a language and ear development is the most critical part in developing any great musician. Facilitating this development is easy - with the right exercises, early start, parental and community involvement, an experienced teacher, and loving support, confidence and success in violin lessons and musicianship is guaranteed.
Mr. Caid has been trained and certified by the Suzuki Association of America, Fiddleschool.com, and is in training for music cognition and The Till Approach Comprehensive and has over 11 years of experience.
CITY FOLK FIDDLERS
City Folk Fiddlers is near and dear to my heart, and all of my violin lesson students are encouraged to participate. It is a program based in giving back to the community, teaching kids how to perform, teaching them how to participate in bands, how to support other players, and all the while preserving traditional folk music. It is an ensemble unlike any other in Los Angeles. Please see the City Folk Fiddlers tab for more information and consider joining as a supplement to your violin lessons.
